Cellrun solver

Lay out the dots and find out whether the board has exactly one path, more than one, or none at all. Handy for a board you’ve sketched yourself, or one you’re stuck on. Spoiler warning: it shows the path.

Your board

Tap cells in order: the first is dot 1, the next dot 2, and so on; the last one you place is where the path ends. Tap a dot to take it off, and the later dots move up a number. On a keyboard: arrows to move, Enter to place or remove.

How it works

It’s the same solver that checks every Cellrun board before it goes out. It walks every route from dot 1, backing out as soon as a route cuts the board in two or leaves a cell it could never finish on, and stops once it has two answers, because two is enough to know a board isn’t a proper puzzle.

Everything runs in your browser; your board never leaves your device. Want to play instead? Trytoday’s daily or an unlimited board.
